Usha Christmas (MSST) is a fully insured Sports Therapy Practitioner and a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST) holding the following qualifications:

• Advanced Sports Therapy
• Electrotherapy (Ultrasound, Laser Therapy & Pulsed Shortwave Therapy)
• Sports Massage and Remedial Bodywork
• Swedish and Holistic Massage

She has also successfully undertaken The Football Association (FA) First Aid for Sports course. The qualification is awarded by 1st4sport and has been developed by FA Medical and Exercise Science Department.

Usha is also head trainer for the London Cobras American Football team where she looks after the players stretching, hydration, injury and rehabilitation requirements.

Since 2009, she has also worked with the Princess Alice Hospice, Esher. Every year a team of volunteers train for the Brighton and London Flora Marathon's to help raise much needed funds for the Charity. Usha sits on their Q&A board and provides; advice to the runners at the pre-run gatherings and, on the day, post-event massage treatments.
