Usha Christmas (MSST) is a fully insured Sports Therapy Practitioner and a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST) holding the following qualifications:

• Advanced Sports Therapy
• Joint Mobilisation
• Electrotherapy
• Sports Massage and Remedial Bodywork
• Swedish and Holistic Massage
• Sports Trauma Management (Gold level)

Usha is head trainer for the London Warriors (Seniors) American Football team where she looks after the players stretching, hydration, injury and rehabilitation requirements.

She is also a qualified lecturer and teaches Sports Massage at East Surrey College.

Since 2009, she has also worked with the Princess Alice Hospice, Esher. Every year a team of volunteers train for the Brighton and London Flora Marathon's to help raise much needed funds for the Charity. Usha sits on their Q&A board and provides; advice to the runners at the pre-race gatherings and, on the day, post-event massage treatments.
