Usha Christmas (MSST, MSTO) is a fully insured Sports Therapy Practitioner and holds the following qualifications:

• Level 5 Advanced Sports Therapy
• Electrotherapy (Ultrasound, Laser Therapy & Pulsed Shortwave Therapy)
• Sports Massage and Remedial Bodywork
• Swedish Massage
• Holistic Massage

She has also successfully undertaken The Football Association (FA) First Aid for Sports course. The qualification is awarded by 1st4sport and has been developed by FA Medical and Exercise Science Department.

Usha is a registered member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST) and the Sports Therapy Organisation (STO).

Usha is also committed to undertaking Continual Professional Development (CPD) courses in order that she remains up to date with the latest methods used in her field.
